Trinity is well versed in documentation preparation. We can prepare offer and relocation packages to landowners and displaced individuals. Our support team can assist with electronic and hard file maintenance. We can also assist with database maintenance.
Specialty Relocation Services
Trinity can provide specialty relocation services to include project oversight. These services vary and depends on the client’s specific needs. We also offer drone services to survey properties and verify vacates per client’s requests. Drone services are highly recommended whenever safety and precautionary measures are needed.

Advisory Services
Our team follows the Code of Federal Regulations to ensure compliance with the Uniform Act. Application of the policy and procedures will ensure that displaced individuals and businesses are treated fairly and equitably. Advisory services include proper planning, referrals to replacement sites and assistance in filing claims. We assist displaced persons with problems related to the move by identifying and analyzing their needs. We compile and maintain available “decent, safe, and sanitary” comparable housing for displaced individuals. For businesses, we compile and maintain suitable replacement locations. We assist displaced persons with obtaining outside resources. We believe exemplary advisory services is the key to a successful relocation.
Planning
We know that proper planning is key to a project being completed on time and on schedule. We begin planning for relocation activities early in the process prior to the initiation of negotiations. We will accompany appraisers during the initial inspections to resolve any issues that may arise with personalty and realty issues. Our agents will interview displacees to determine the displacees needs and preferences. We thoroughly explain the relocation program and process when conducting preliminary interviews and follow-up interviews to minimize hardships. Trinity agents will recognize and anticipate problems associated with displaced individuals and businesses locating replacement sites. We also provide solutions associated with the move to minimize adverse impacts.
Moving
At Trinity we understand that preparing for the move is one of the most stressful and frustrating parts of the process for displaced persons. Proper and adequate advisory services can help to alleviate some of their anxiety related to the move. For businesses, we will do an analysis that will include any anticipated issues and assess any financial resources that may be necessary. We will monitor moves and perform site visits to match the complexity of the parcel. After the completion of the move, our agents will inspect the property to ensure that all personal property has been removed or cleared from the Right-of-Way.
Claiming
We will assist displaced persons with preparing claims for actual, reasonable and necessary expenses within 18 months of their eligibility dates. We will perform personal inspections of activities completed to support backup documentation and confirm vendor payments when necessary. We will ensure that claims are submitted accurately and timely. We have a tracking process in place to ensure displacee’s are sent reminders of entitlements, required documentation and date of benefit expiration.
